Return Policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund only if the return was an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).

You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the shipping time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item button. Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will notify you of your refund by email.

Shipping

Production and shipment typically takes 5-7 weeks, depending on order complexity.

We can ship items to nearly any address in the world. Please note that some products have restrictions, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimate for shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider you select, a shipping date estimate may be displayed on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the next whole pound.
